Origin story

Constant evolution

IMITC was released in 2016 by van den Berg ICT & ITS consultancy S.L. who have over 40 years of experience in traffic and mobility.

During the COVID-19 pandemic the Dutch government agency Rijkswaterstaat and IMITC run a pilot project in March 2020 and since November of 2021 IMITC runs on all five traffic centers in the Netherlands.

In 2025 Nevron and van den Berg ICT & ITS consultancy S.L. reached a distribution and expansion agreement to distribute and expand the systems capabilities.
